Kingdom Hearts 3D: North American Bundle and Preorder Bonuses

3D3DS by Banaz

Any North American Kingdom Hearts fans here? If so, you might want to listen up! Square Enix just announced today that there'll be a collectors edition bundle for Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, especially for North America!

This "Mark of Mastery" edition includes the Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance game, a specially-themed Nintendo 3DS protectors case, 12 art cards featuring art from all of the games within the series, 5 AR cards that unlock rare Dream Eaters, and a 360° display stand to view your cute Dream Eater recruits. All of these goodies are bundled together in a magnetic case with an outer sleeve and costs $54.99 (which is just $15 more then just getting the game by itself).

But hold on folks, that isn't all. When you preorder the game, you'll receive three AR cards; one unlocks one of the three rare Dream Eaters (Ursa Circus, Sudo Neku or Meowjesty), the second unlocks the R&R Seal Dream Eater, and the other card is the the 360° viewing stand.

So what are you waiting for? Come and preorder your "Mark of Mastery" edition bundle or just Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance now on Amazon. Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance is out in North America on July 31.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Pre-Orders Exceeding Expectations

DS by Nelson

In a recent interview conducted by MCV UK Square Enix's UK Sales Director, Doug Bone, stated that their upcoming Nintendo DS game, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days has so far been quite successful in pre-orders. It definitely seems like a great achievement for Square Enix with the lead up to the Christmas holidays, and although no major information has been divulged as to how many pre-orders are actually being talked about he did have this to say:

"Kingdom Hearts has always been incredibly popular. As the first new release into the franchise for three years, pre-orders are already way in excess of typical DS product."

More information can be found in the full story.

More Pre-Order Bonuses for Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days

DS by Nelson

Along with the recent trend of Pre-order bonuses surfacing for Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, some other names have added themselves to the mix.

The latest companies to pick up on the trend now include both Game Crazy and Best Buy. Unfortunately the news isn't quite so astounding as Game Crazy are offering the same postcards as GameStop, although their poster is of one of the 358/2 Days Wallpapers instead. Best Buy on the other hand are offering the same limited edition cover that Amazon got their hands on.

With the game coming out on the 29th September, 2009 in USA and Europe on the 9th of October, 2009 the time for pre-ordering is looming upon us.

Amazon Reveal Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Slip Case

DS by Nelson

Recently, Amazon along with Target and GameStop, have given incentives for pre-ordering Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. Up until now all that was known was that it was going to be a slip case for the game.

However, people can now finally see what it looks like, and whether it's worth acquiring. It's unsure whether this is quite what people may have been hoping for is debatable, as it appears to be literally just a transparent cover sporting the logo and character from the front of the original box.

With the game due out on the 28th of September in North America, chances are there's still time for other incentives to be revealed between now and then. The game is also scheduled to be released on the 9th of October in Europe, but no pre-order bonuses have been announced yet.
