KINGDOM HEARTS

MINOR CHARACTER

Bambi originally appeared in the film entitled Bambi that was released in 1942. He is a young fawn whose world was destroyed by the Heartless. However, due to his strong sense of innocence, his heart could not be touched by the Heartless, causing it to be preserved in the form of the Naturespark Gem.

The Naturespark Gem can be found inside the 100 Acre Wood by Sora. Upon finding it, Sora takes it to the Fairy Godmother who is residing in Merlin's Study. She examins the Gem and is able to restore Bambi's spirit. From here-on, Sora is able to use Bambi as a summon in battle.

When Sora seals Kingdom Hearts, Bambi is allowed to return to his original world, although its name is unknown.

KINGDOM HEARTS: CHAIN OF MEMORIES

MINOR CHARACTER

Bambi returns in Chains of Memories but only as part of Sora's memories. He is received as a Summon Card after completing the 100 Acre Wood. His sleight known as Paradise, works similarly to his previous summoned form seen in the original Kingdom Hearts.
