Tetsuya Nomura, Director of the Kingdom Hearts series, had recently tweeted "It seems the trailer for the other title occuring with Re:Coded is catching a lot of attention". Fans are hoping that this means that a trailer for Kingdom Hearts 3D will be featured along with Square Enix's other titles during TGS.
Square Enix may be adding more titles to their website up until TGS on the 16th of September so we will keep you informed of any Kingdom Hearts news as it develops.
Nomura Tweets About Possible Tokyo Game Show Plans
Thu, Aug 26th, 2010, 12:04 pm (EST) by Nick
Tetsuya Nomura, Director of the Kingdom Hearts series, has become quite the Twitter fiend. Since starting up 'The 3rd Birthday Twitter' feed, he has revealed inside information and news as well as cryptic comments about his current and future projects.
Recently, Nomura announced that Kingdom Hearts will be getting it's very own Twitter feed. This makes sense due to the amount of Kingdom Hearts related posts have been made under the guise of the 3rd Birthday's Twitter feed.
On that note, Nomura did happen to mention Re:Coded in his latest tweet.
Weather sure is nice. Good morning! Last night I talked with Taba-chan about various things. 3rd Birthday of course as well as about Agito. The staff that played Re:Coded are excited and the anticipation for 3rd Birthday is growing too. It seems the trailer for the other title occuring with Re:Coded is catching a lot of attention.
It is hard to say what trailer Nomura is referring to given that the translation is a little rough. Many suspect that it could mean that a KH3D trailer will make an appearance at Tokyo Game Show, it is certainly a possibility.
Nomura Sheds Some Light On Kingdom Hearts 3D
Mon, Aug 2nd, 2010, 12:43 pm (EST) by Nick
Avid readers of Kingdom Heart's news will probably remember that a small snippet of a Dengeki Interview with Tetsuya Nomura was released. Those same readers will be delighted to know that a full translation of the Interview has now been released and KHInsider's very own member Lissar has provided a translation of the whole thing.
- The story behind how they got started on development for KH3D (temporary title) was that Nintendo talked to them really enthusiastically about it, and SE wanted to jump on board and they asked them if they could make something for this hardware.
Since they were asked to do something with KH, that will be the starting point for the game, but they are planning on expanding it to titles other than KH.
As to where it will start at, all he can say is that it starts around the same time.

In the most recent issue of the Dengeki Playstation magazine, they had a chance to sit down with Kingdom Hearts Director, Tetsuya Nomura. In their interview he revealed some details on the mysterious Kingdom Hearts 3D. Below is a rough translation of the most interesting points.
- KH3D was created after Nintendo approached Tetsuya Nomura. Nomura has a unique idea for this game.
- KH3D will occur in the same timeline as current games.
- The two main characters will be Sora and Riku. Throughout the game, the two appear to be "alternating", creating a system of two people.
More Details after the jump.
Nomura Teases Kingdom Hearts 3D
Thu, Jul 29th, 2010, 12:50 pm (EST) by Nick
Since it's reveal at E3 this year, Kingdom Hearts 3D hasn't had much publicity until reports had come in that Famitsu would be interviewing Tetsuya Nomura, Kingdom Heart's Director, on the very subject. This news is even more notable simply because it has been suggested that exciting news would be revealed.
Tetsuya Nomura had also recently spoken to FF-Reunion about the new game being specifically designed for the Nintendo 3DS. Check out the snippet below:
"Nintendo came to us in regards to making a Kingdom Hearts game for the 3DS... One thing I will say about Kingdom Hearts 3D is that it takes place in the same time as the current games."
Kingdom Hearts 3D was also mentioned in the UK Official Nintendo magazine with only a brief statement describing the game, a member of KHInsider spotted the news and uploaded the scan seen on the left.
It is good to hear news on the idea behind Kingdom Hearts 3D but is this game being made just because of the new Nintendo hardware? Or will there actually be a full in-depth story to rival that of Birth by Sleep? In any case, it looks like Kingdom Hearts fans will have to buy yet another console if they wish to enjoy more of the series.
